PRODUCT WARRANTY

 STANLEY SHEPPARD COMPANY, INC. warrants its products from ninety (90) days from date of purchase against defects due to faulty materials or workmanship and will repair or replace (at its option) without charge any items returned, provided the user notifies the STANLEY SHEPPARD COMPANY, INC. of said defect within ninety (90) days of date of purchase.  This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.

The foregoing warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, and of all other liabilities and obligations on our part; and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is expressly disclaimed; and we expressly deny the right of any other person or organization to incur or assume for us any other liability or obligation in connection with the sale of any equipment by us.
